- What devices does Evental support?
Evental works on Android, Apple, Windows or any device with a modern browser. This makes it easy for your guests to upload their photos or videos of your event from any device. We support all major mainstream browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
- Can guests delete photos and videos from my album?
No, only the owner of the album is able to delete photos and videos that have been uploaded.
- What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded?
The maximum size for an individual file is 5GB.
- I have uploaded a video, why can I not see it straight away?
We process videos uploaded to your album to ensure that we can display them correctly in your album. This can take several minutes to complete and as soon as your video is ready it will be available in your album.
- What photo and video file formats can guests upload?
We support the following file types in our albums; JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, MOV. Our team is continually looking to add support for more file types, but if you have anything specific you would like us to support then please contact us on support@evental.co
