Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Optional analytics and your choices

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find Evental, personalise an album, save a draft and complete a purchase. We measure setup steps, the button location, the chosen plan, device and traffic source. A confirmed purchase includes a transaction identifier, amount, currency and product. If you consent, pseudonymous browser and session identifiers connect that payment to the setup journey, even if you do not return from checkout.

We do not send your email address, album name, event date, welcome message, uploaded photos or videos, private album identifiers, invitation tokens or sign-in link parameters to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms; see Google’s privacy policy. Event and user-level analytics retention is configured for 14 months.

Analytics is optional. Choose Accept analytics or Decline analytics in the consent control. You can change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings at any time. We load the Google Analytics tag only after acceptance. Declining does not prevent creating, saving or purchasing an album.

Draft albums and essential storage

After sign-in, your album setup is saved to your account, including unpaid drafts you can reopen from My albums. If you started a preview using an earlier version, its details and selected cover may also remain in this browser until restored to your account or removed by clearing Evental’s site data. Browser storage is not automatically available in another browser.

After sign-in, saved drafts are stored with your Evental account. We also use essential session storage for authentication and checkout, and store your analytics preference. These product functions work when optional analytics is declined.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
